Pemenuhan Hak Anak Terlantar dalam Perspektif Kesejahteraan Sosial: Studi Literatur

Abstrak
Fulfilling the rights of neglected children is a crucial aspect of social welfare provision, as every child is entitled to care, education, healthcare, protection, and the opportunity to grow and develop optimally. However, implementation faces various obstacles such as poverty, family dysfunction, violence, limited caregiving capacity, restricted access to social services, and weak inter agency coordination that hinder the fulfillment of these rights. This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of neglected children’s right from a social welfare perspektive and to identify the challenges and necessary measures involved. A qualitative method employing a literature review approach was used, data were gathered from various scholarly sources and relevant documents and subsequently analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings indicate that fulfilling the rights of neglected children requires a comprehensive, sustainable, and child-right-based approach involving the government, families, communities, social workers
