Analisis Konsep Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Dalam Perspektif Kebijakan Sosial Berbasis Hak Anak

Abstrak
Various issues affecting children's well-being, including poverty, violence, neglect, exploitation, and discrimination, remain significant challenges to achieving optimal child welfare. These conditions highlight the need for social policies that ensure the fulfillment of children's rights while providing comprehensive protection. This study aims to analyze the concept of child welfare from the perspectives of social policy and child rights protection through a literature review approach. The study employs a literature review method by examining relevant scholarly journals, books, institutional reports, and legal regulations related to child welfare and protection. The data were analyzed descriptively through the identification, classification, and synthesis of concepts and findings from previous studies. The results indicate that child welfare extends beyond the fulfillment of basic needs and encompasses legal protection, respect for children's rights, and opportunities for children to participate in social policies affecting their lives. The findings also emphasize that strengthening legal frameworks, enhancing cross-sector collaboration, and increasing public awareness and participation are essential to promoting inclusive and sustainable child welfare. These efforts are expected to support the realization of policies that prioritize the best interests of children and contribute to their holistic development and well-being
