Analisis Manajemen Tenaga Pendidik dan Kependidikan di SMPN 1 Labuapi

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the management of educators and education personnel at SMPN 1 Labuapi in supporting adaptive learning implementation in line with educational development. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using interviews and observations. The informant was an educator directly involved in managing learning and curriculum. The results show that SMPN 1 Labuapi has implemented digital-based learning through the use of information and communication technology and Deep Learning approach oriented toward meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning. The challenge of student diversity in backgrounds was addressed through diagnostic assessment to identify learning needs. In terms of management, the school applies the PPEP cycle: Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement, supported by Learning Community as a means for coordination and teacher competence development. Educators actively participate in programs such as Guru Penggerak and Sekolah Penggerak. The findings confirm that the management of educators and education personnel plays a crucial role in supporting innovative, student-centered learning.
